Galya (25) experiences an emotional breakdown on her birthday.
Waiting for her ex, Pasha, she gets drunk, makes a scene on the phone and calls the police, claiming that a “bird in the shape of a woman” is about to fall out of the window. The “bird” is a metaphor for herself: fragile, hurt, and abandoned.
Pasha finally arrives and passion flares between them, but it is followed by hatred and attempts to restore “something real.”
Galya gets to know that Pasha has another woman. Galya has a fight with Pasha and after he is gone, she calls his new girlfriend and sends her an intimate photo of Pasha. Pasha calls her back, but she manipulates him, pretending she is about to commit a suicide.
Pash comes back to Galya and says his girlfriend is pregnant. He tries to stay with Galya at the same time, but she decides to break the toxic cycle.
