It’s 2183. The world is controlled by an oppressive futuristic regime. A docile tea salesman sells tea at the bottom of a concrete wash, and in a mix of events, a police agent mistakes him for an affiliate of a nearby graffiti artist who, in protest, scrawls messages critical of the regime, dragging the salesman into a resistance he never intended to be part of.
