In a bleak and cold waiting room, first-timer Alwyn grips a jar containing a sad collection of his own extracted molars. Surrounding him sit people clutching their own containers of body parts, waiting to exchange their severed parts for mere amounts of canned food. A disfigured man sitting next to him, Noah, feverishly rambles about his forgotten life. They are forced to confront this broken and wasteful world, and the lengths people go to for survival.
