Inside

Inside

“Inside” follows Faith, a young woman in her twenties who guided by her therapist uses an old camcorder for a self-reflection exercise. What seems like a simple task, becomes a deep dive into her own fears, insecurities, and the silence she’s been holding onto for years.

The camcorder, which was supposed to help her confront her emotions, becomes an unwelcome mirror reflecting her greatest anxieties. Alone in her room, Faith grapples with feelings of guilt, loneliness, and the fear of being a burden – struggling to connect with others while questioning if she even deserves to.

“Inside” is a hauntingly intimate exploration of self-doubt, anxiety, and the weight of unspoken emotions based on the filmmaker’s own struggles with mental health. It’s an intimate, meditative look at the tension between wanting to connect and the fear of being too much.

A poignant portrait of a young woman struggling to bridge the gap between knowing she’s loved and feeling she deserves it.
