Mya: The Beginning

Mya: The Beginning

In a futuristic world, not too far off from today – oppression of human rights is still blurred with obscure definitions to validate its existence. The year is 2047, when the development of androids designed for human pleasure has reached a turning point. Mya, a recently activated black pleasure bot, begins to experience unprecedented emotions and self-awareness. Her newfound feelings disrupt her work, alarming her madame and clients. Jazz, Mya’s caretaker and technician, is alerted and checks up on her to discover she’s evolved. As Mya grapples with her awareness, she uncovers a dark truth of what that really means. When her awakening triggers a hunt by those who see her as a threat, Jazz scrambles her identity and risks everything to protect her. Together, they begin a journey for freedom, challenging the boundaries between man and machine while unraveling the true cost of perfection. Mya’s transformation becomes a symbol of hope in a dehumanized world and reminds us how beautiful we are.
