Phung, a sexually frustrated young man, arrives at his long-awaited physical examination appointment with his aged and ailing physician, Dr. Jatt at the ‘ Un Real Clinic’ complex. Physically ravaged by three separate cases of the COVID pandemic , Dr. Jatt performs a shaky prostate exam on Phung, and explains a few reasons that would have affected his libido. Phung has been staying alone without his girlfriend for a few years since his girlfriend decided to stay overseas.
Dr. Jatt suggests to Phung that the long-term cure for his dysfunction may be finding a new partner with benefits. He prescribes Phung a “free pass” and sends him to get blood work done by an attractive lab technician, Lula, who works at the clinic.
Phung is enamored by Lula’s allure and fantasizes about her while she attempts to take his blood. Phung is seen getting seduced by the attention and the prolonged touch of Lula since she is not able to find the vein quickly on Phung’s arm. Phung accidentally reaches an orgasm and Lula gets flabbergasted.
She presses an emergency button. Phung declares his love to Lula, before waking up in his bedroom.
