The 26-minute documentary follows six minority females for an Immersion Weekend at a NASCAR race in Charlotte, NC. There the six visit team racing operations, a university motorsports lab, and the General Motor’s research and technical center as well as get and up-close-and personal look trackside, learning both the opportunities and challenges of a career as a motorsports engineer.
