Anna returns after several years to her home city in Poland and the family apartment where she grew up and which she inherited from her deceased parents. In the apartment she is confronted with the chimeras of the past, her memories, remorses connected to her mother and sister, to her abandoned lover. They lead to a nightmare sequence where she falls into a delusive state. A door bell and a delivery help her out of her despair and show her a way out.
