London, 1930s. Tommy (20), an Irish immigrant, by night, street-fights to make ends meet and by day, serenades across the rooftops with his beautiful opera voice from the scaffold of his construction job. However, Tommy, caught in gritty of class division must navigate his own survival as these two worlds collide.
