Following 10.29. Itaewon Disaster, an unaccountable truth emerges with a sense of powerlessness: uncontrolled humans, in urban spaces, are so barbaric and vulnerable that they jeopardize their survival. Would it be possible to uncover the true subject of the crush through this powerlessness? However, the film can’t testify to this powerlessness; it merely unfolds the silence.
