The film “Cross Your Mountain” tells the story of a dying father who unconsciously recalls an important experience in his life: The last journey of life between his terminal cancer and his daughter who failed the college entrance examination and has deep conflicts with him.
When the daughter was a child, her mother died accidentally because of daughter’s fun, but she has not had the courage to face it and deliberately moved the crime with her father in order to obtain short-term comfort in her heart. Single father faced the sudden announcement of death, not ready, had a sense of fear, full of anxiety for life of the father decided in the last days of life with his daughter to complete her wish – to return to Tibet to worship the mother, the two people began a life and family redemption journey, in the trip to Tibet, the daughter inadvertently found her secret of birth. And the father in the face of life and death on the persistence of his own understanding. Father and daughter in the face of their own life on the road of the mountain, how to climb, how to choose?
