Petit Louis portrays the passionate, tumultuous and nonlinear love story between Chiara, a young runaway from America, and J, an inscrutable French artist. The entirety of their relationship, which spans across three seasons, unfolds inside the confines of a charmingly small European apartment.
Petit Louis offers a candid exploration of love, encouraging viewers to reflect on their own preconceived notions of “romance” and how emotions can sometimes act as a defense mechanism, ultimately trapping us in a self-made prison.
