Holy Water, produced in collaboration with the Institute of American Indian Arts and Meow Wolf, is about a spiritual path to enlightenment, facing inner demons along the way, while allowing inner guidance and intuition to guide the journey.
The song is from Wakeself’s posthumous album, “Ready To Live.” The hip hop artist and community activist was killed by a drunk driver on Nov. 5 2019. He never got the opportunity to release his album and instead, his family released the project and Holy Water was one of the last videos that Wakeself shot before his passing.
